REBECCA NEWKIRK

Rebecca Newkirk is a 37-year-old lifelong runner from Fonda, NY. She currently is the girls and boys head XC coach at Mayfield High School. She LOVES coaching and running with her team! Some of her best high school memories are with her XC and track teams and she hopes that she can help contribute to some amazing memories for those that she coaches now.

After graduating from high school, Rebecca continued to run on her own. She has completed nine full marathons with her dad, mostly in big cities. Her favorite ones are the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C., and the Philadelphia Marathon. Marathon running is addictive! 

Outside of running, she teaches junior high American History and loves it! She is married to Craig and has three beautiful daughters, Allison (9), Leah (7), and MaryKate (4).
