MARGO DERBY

Margo is originally from Mayfield, NY but currently lives in Saratoga Springs, NY with her boyfriend, cat, and dog. All through middle and high school at Mayfield she played soccer, until her senior year when she converted to cross-country running. She graduated from URI in ‘16 and began her career in nursing as a neonatal ICU nurse, but decided to switch things up and now works for Aetna health insurance. While in college, she really missed being part of a team so she briefly rowed for the crew team at URI and continued playing soccer in a women’s rec. league. Fast forward to the present day, she hasn’t really found a way to keep exercising on a regular basis so she's excited by the opportunity to be part of a team/community again and see where it takes her!
